Can I return or exchange the goods?

Returns are generally not accepted for non-quality reasons. If the goods do not match the agreement or have quality problems, we can discuss replacement, re-shipment or refund, provided the request is raised within the agreed period after receipt with supporting evidence.

What is covered and what is excluded by the warranty?

The warranty covers abnormal power degradation and functional failure caused by material or workmanship defects. It excludes man-made damage, improper installation, natural disasters, operation beyond rated voltage or current, unauthorized disassembly or modification, and failure to maintain per the manual.

What if the quantity is short or the model is wrong?

Please provide the packing list, photos of the carton marks and the actual received list. Once confirmed as our responsibility, we will re-ship or refund free of charge and cover the related freight.

What if the panels arrive damaged or broken?

Please open and inspect the goods before signing the delivery receipt. If damage is found, take photos on the spot and ask the carrier to note the damage on the receipt. Then send us photos, videos and packing list details within 48 hours. We will help file the insurance claim and prioritize a replacement shipment.

Can you supply a complete solar system solution?

We can supply a one-stop package covering modules, mounting structures, inverters, cables and monitoring, and can quote a complete solution based on your drawings for easier one-stop purchasing.

What is the delivery time?

In-stock orders ship within 7 to 15 days; scheduled production orders normally take 15 to 30 days; peak season, tier-1 brand sourcing or customized models may take 30 to 45 days. The final lead time is confirmed in the Proforma Invoice.

Can I get a sample? Who bears the sample cost and freight?

We can provide 1 to 5 sample panels. Sample cost and freight are borne by the buyer, and the sample cost is fully refunded once your bulk order reaches the agreed quantity.

Do you have stock for both tier-1 and tier-2 brands? What is the lead time?

Popular power classes such as 550W, 580W and 620W are usually in stock and can ship within 7 to 15 days. Non-stock models require factory scheduling, normally 20 to 40 days. In peak season or for hot models we suggest locking allocation in advance.

Can tier-1 panels be OEM-labeled with our logo?

Tier-1 brands generally do not allow OEM relabeling. If you need your own brand appearance, we suggest our OEM modules or a customization plan authorized by the brand.

Do you have stock for tier-1 brand modules?

Popular power classes such as 550W, 580W and 620W N-type modules are usually in stock, and hot models turn over quickly. We recommend confirming availability in real time before ordering, and we will check and reply immediately.

Which tier-1 brands can you supply?

We can currently source LONGi, JinkoSolar, Trina Solar, JA Solar, Canadian Solar, Tongwei, Risen, Astronergy, Suntech, First Solar, Q CELLS, REC and Maxeon, among others. Available models depend on current factory allocation, so please advise the brand and power you need when inquiring.

Is the price including tax and freight?

Pricing depends on the Incoterms: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF and DDP carry different prices. Whether tax and freight are included is stated in the terms column of our quotation, and every item is listed separately in the formal quotation.
