Off-grid inverters are designed to work alone and cannot synchronise with the grid. They connect to the property in place of grid power and cannot work in conjunction with it. Off grid inverters must supply power from DC to AC instantly to power the appliances.

Advantages of an off the grid system are that you are completely energy independent, meaning that you don't get the negatives that come with using the main utility grid, such as power outages. An off the grid system can be installed virtually anywhere, as long as there is sun.

ESG AC/DC Hybrid Solar high frequency Inverter 24V/48V 1.2kW 1.5KW 3.5KW 4.2KWOff-grid Residential Pure Sine Wave Inverter with MPPT
ESG AC/DC Hybrid Solar High Frequency Inverter is a high-performance off-grid power solution designed for residential solar energy systems, backup power applications, and small commercial energy storage projects.

Available in 24V/48V battery systems with 1.2kW, 1.5kW, 3.5kW, and 4.2kW power options, this inverter integrates pure sine wave inverter technology, MPPT solar charge controller, AC charger, and intelligent energy management functions into one compact unit.

With advanced high-frequency conversion technology, the inverter provides stable, clean, and efficient power output, making it ideal for areas with unstable grids or no grid access
3.5W high-frequency inverter
DC-AC conversion mechanism: The core function of a 3.5W high-frequency inverter is to convert direct current (DC) into alternating current (AC). Its working process begins with a direct current input, and through internal power switching devices (such as MOSFET field-effect transistors), it quickly controls the on/off of the direct current in a high-frequency manner (usually at frequencies of 20kHz -100kHz or even higher). Under the on-off action of power switching devices, the DC current is cut into a series of high-frequency pulses. These pulses undergo voltage conversion through high-frequency transformers, and then pass through circuits such as rectification and filtering to ultimately output stable AC power, meeting the needs of various devices with AC power supply
Inverter aging workshop, testing the reliability and stability of inverters in long-term use
The inverter aging workshop is a test environment specially designed to simulate extreme working conditions (such as high temperature and high humidity). By accelerating the product aging process, the reliability and stability of the inverter in long-term use are verified. Its core components include:‌Environmental simulation system‌The electric heating element and temperature control system can accurately adjust the temperature within the range of 30℃-70℃, and are equipped with ventilation devices to ensure uniform temperature distribution.Integrated humidity control module supports aging tests under different humidity conditions.‌Monitoring and protection mechanism‌The built-in sensor collects voltage, current, temperature and other data in real time, and automatically triggers overvoltage/overcurrent protection when abnormal.Equipped with emergency door opening device and air pressure balance system to ensure safe operation
