What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ is low for standard models, starting from 1-100 pieces. For customized products, it depends on specific requirements; bulk orders enjoy better pricing.

Can I have samples to test? What is the lead time for sample order?
Yes, we can supply samples. The lead time for samples is usually 7-10 working days. Buyers pay for the sample cost and shipping cost.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via T/T (wire transfer), PayPal, and L/C (for established, long-term clients). For large orders, a 30% deposit is typically required, with the remaining 70% due prior to shipment.

Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a professional manufacturer of rechargeable lithium-ion and LiFePO4 batteries with our own R&D team and production lines. Factory visits are welcome.
