Basic parametersVoltage: 51.2V is the nominal voltage of this lithium battery pack. In practical use, the terminal voltage of the battery will change with the charging and discharging process. During charging, the voltage will gradually increase to around 56V (full charge voltage), and during discharging, the voltage will gradually decrease. When the voltage drops to a certain level (such as around 42V), it usually indicates that the battery is approaching the end of discharge state.Capacity: 200Ah represents the rated capacity of the battery, which is the amount of charge that the battery can release under certain discharge conditions. Taking a constant current discharge of 20A as an example, theoretically it can last for 10 hours of continuous discharge. Structure and PrincipleStructure: It mainly consists of a positive electrode plate, a negative electrode plate, an electrolyte, a separator, and a battery casing. The active material on the positive electrode plate is lead dioxide (PbO ₂), the active material on the negative electrode plate is sponge like lead (Pb), and the electrolyte is sulfuric acid (H ₂ SO ₄) aqueous solution.Working principle: During charging, electrical energy is converted into chemical energy, converting lead sulfate into lead dioxide and lead, while the concentration of sulfuric acid in the electrolyte increases. During discharge, chemical energy is converted into electrical energy. Lead dioxide on the positive electrode plate and lead on the negative electrode plate react with sulfuric acid in the electrolyte to produce lead sulfate and water, resulting in a decrease in sulfuric acid concentration.
