1. Core parameters and design
Specifications and performance
Nominal voltage 51.2V (consisting of 16 strings of lithium iron phosphate cells), rated capacity 100Ah, energy density of more than 5kWh, suitable for 5-10kW UPS system.
Standard rack design (19-inch width) is adopted, which is convenient for integrated installation with UPS equipment and saves space in the computer room.
Cycle life exceeds 4000 times (capacity retention ≥80%), wide applicable temperature range (-20℃ to 60℃), protection level IP20/IP54 (indoor model).
Battery cell technology
The positive electrode material is lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄), which has high safety (thermal runaway temperature>800℃) and low self-discharge rate (monthly self-discharge<3%).
Supports 0.5C fast charging (about 2 hours to fully charge), and the depth of discharge (DOD) can reach 90%, which is better than traditional lead-acid batteries.
2. Technical features and intelligent management
BMS system
Integrated multiple protection functions: overcharge/over-discharge/short circuit/over-temperature protection, real-time monitoring of single cell voltage balance, and extended battery life.
Supports Bluetooth, RS485/CAN communication interface, remote monitoring of operating status (such as SOC, SOH), and adapts to base station power environment monitoring system.
Modular expansion
The capacity of a single cabinet can be expanded to 200Ah or higher, and multiple machines can be connected in parallel to meet the needs of large UPS systems (such as data centers, communication backbone networks).
3. Typical application scenarios
UPS uninterruptible power supply
Provides high-reliability backup power for computer rooms and data centers, and supports seamless switching (switching time ≤10ms).
Communication base station
Adapts to 5G base stations, marginal stations and other scenarios, tolerates high temperature and high humidity environments, and reduces operation and maintenance frequency.
New energy storage
Links with photovoltaic inverters and other equipment for distributed photovoltaic energy storage systems to increase self-generation and self-use rates
