In which situations are returns, refunds, or warranty claims not accepted?

Damage caused by improper assembly, installation, or use is not covered, including but not limited to: incorrect BMS wiring, short circuit during assembly, wrong charger selection or charger failure, assembling without proper voltage balancing, incorrect series/parallel connection, using without a suitable BMS, overcharging/over-discharging, welding damage, terminal damage, physical damage, and unauthorized modification or disassembly.
