Lead-acid batteries are important energy storage devices widely used in automobiles, UPS systems, and more. The production process begins with lead blocks and goes through several precise steps. First, the lead blocks are ground into fine powder, and then the lead powder is mixed with a dissolving solution to form lead paste. The paste is evenly applied to the grids. After natural air drying, the plates are placed in a curing room for drying and curing. Finally, some plates undergo a formation process to become fully mature plates. Each step is carefully controlled to ensure high performance and longevity of the batteries.
