The industrial and commercial energy storage battery cabinet is a modular energy storage device designed for factories, shopping malls, industrial parks and other scenarios. Its core function is to reduce electricity costs through the difference between peak and valley electricity prices, and it also has emergency power supply and energy optimization capabilities. ⚡ 1. Basic configuration and working principle
Capacity and power: The mainstream model has a capacity of 215kWh and a power of 100kW, consisting of 5 or 12 groups of lithium iron phosphate battery packs.
Energy conversion: Built-in PCS (bidirectional converter) to achieve efficient conversion between DC battery packs and AC power from the grid, with a conversion efficiency of over 90% (significant optimization of silicon carbide models).
Intelligent management: The EMS system analyzes electricity prices and load demands in real time, automatically dispatches charging and discharging strategies, and data can be uploaded to the cloud via 4G/Wifi.

1. Temperature control system
The liquid cooling unit circulates temperature control (refrigerant enters and exits the battery bottom plate), accurately maintains the working environment of the battery cell, and the temperature difference control is better than the air cooling solution35.

2. Safety protection
The fire protection module is equipped with perfluorohexanone or aerosol fire extinguishing agent to quickly suppress the spread of fire in the event of thermal runaway .
The sheet metal cabinet uses 2.0mm cold-rolled steel plate, IP65 protection level, and the surface anti-ultraviolet coating is suitable for outdoor deployment .
3. Electrical structure
The battery module is connected to the high-voltage box, which integrates fuse protection and electrical monitoring functions .
The independent electrical compartment accommodates PCS, UPS and master control unit .
