The inverter aging workshop is a test environment specially designed to simulate extreme working conditions (such as high temperature and high humidity). By accelerating the product aging process, the reliability and stability of the inverter in long-term use are verified. Its core components include:
Environmental simulation system
The electric heating element and temperature control system can accurately adjust the temperature within the range of 30℃-70℃, and are equipped with ventilation devices to ensure uniform temperature distribution.
Integrated humidity control module supports aging tests under different humidity conditions.
Monitoring and protection mechanism
The built-in sensor collects voltage, current, temperature and other data in real time, and automatically triggers overvoltage/overcurrent protection when abnormal.
Equipped with emergency door opening device and air pressure balance system to ensure safe operation

Screening defective products
Through continuous full-load operation (such as hundreds of hours of high-temperature testing), problems such as poor component welding and heat dissipation defects are exposed, and potential faulty equipment is eliminated.
Optimizing product design
Analyzing aging data (such as component temperature rise curve, efficiency attenuation rate), improving heat dissipation structure or circuit layout, and extending product life.
Verifying environmental adaptability
Simulating actual working conditions such as extreme cold and desert high temperature to verify the inverter's startup performance and output stability in the range of -40℃ to +70℃.
