    DC-AC conversion function

The core function of a high-frequency inverter is to convert direct current into alternating current. It achieves the conversion of direct current to alternating current through a complex internal electronic circuit, utilizing high-frequency switching elements such as IGBT or MOSFET to quickly conduct and turn off. For example, in solar photovoltaic power generation systems, the direct current generated by photovoltaic panels can be converted by high-frequency inverters to provide standard AC power sources such as 220V or 380V for household appliances and industrial equipment.

Output voltage and frequency regulation function

Capable of accurately adjusting the amplitude of the output AC voltage. Through the built-in control circuit, the high-frequency inverter can output stable AC voltage according to different load requirements, and can generally be flexibly adjusted within a certain range, such as between 110V and 240V. At the same time, it can also control the frequency of the output AC power, with common frequencies of 50Hz or 60Hz, to ensure consistency with the grid frequency or meet the requirements of specific equipment. For example, some frequency sensitive precision instruments and equipment can obtain suitable power through high-frequency inverters.

    Output waveform control function

High frequency inverters can output AC power with various waveforms, including sine waves, modified sine waves, etc. A high-frequency inverter with pure sine wave output can provide high-quality AC power, which is very similar to the waveform of grid power supply and has the best compatibility with loads. It can drive almost all types of AC loads, such as motors, electronic devices, etc., without damaging the equipment or reducing its performance due to waveform issues. The high-frequency inverter with modified sine wave output can also function in some simple load application scenarios where waveform requirements are not particularly high, and the cost is relatively low.

Overload and short circuit protection function

When the load exceeds the rated power of the inverter, the high-frequency inverter will automatically activate the overload protection mechanism. For example, if the total power of the connected electrical equipment suddenly increases beyond the range that the inverter can withstand, the inverter will quickly cut off the output circuit to prevent internal components from being damaged due to overload. Similarly, in the event of a short circuit, it can detect the short-circuit current in a very short period of time, immediately stop the output, protect the safety of the equipment itself and the connected load, and after troubleshooting, some inverters can also automatically restore normal working conditions.

    Efficiency optimization function

The high-frequency inverter adopts high-frequency switching technology, and by optimizing the switching frequency and control strategy, it can achieve high conversion efficiency. Under normal working conditions, its conversion efficiency can generally reach over 90%, which means that there is less energy loss in the process of converting DC electricity to AC. For example, in solar power generation systems, efficient conversion can reduce energy waste, convert more solar energy into usable AC power, and improve the energy utilization efficiency of the entire power generation system.

Intelligent communication function (some advanced models)

Some high-end high-frequency inverters have intelligent communication interfaces, such as RS-485, CAN bus, or Wi Fi communication functions. Through these interfaces, the inverter can communicate with external devices, such as computer monitoring systems or smartphone apps. Users can remotely monitor the working status of the inverter, including input and output voltage, current, power, temperature and other parameters. They can also remotely control the inverter, such as setting working modes and adjusting output parameters, which facilitates system management and maintenance.
