Charge–Discharge Aging Test Is a Key Step for Energy Storage Batteries
At the ESG lithium battery factory, ABS case energy storage lithium batteries must undergo charge–discharge aging tests after assembly. By simulating real operating conditions, potential issues such as abnormal capacity or voltage imbalance can be detected in advance. Tested batteries deliver more stable performance, while batteries without aging tests are more likely to suffer from unstable operation, inaccurate capacity, or protection failures during actual use.
