The production of 3.2V lithium battery cells is a delicate and complex process. After precise proportioning and mixing, positive and negative electrode slurries are made and coated on the current collector. Then, the battery cells are assembled by winding or stacking, and electrolyte is injected to form a key SEI film. Finally, qualified products are screened through strict testing to ensure stable and efficient operation in multiple fields such as energy storage and portable devices.
